The club was formed in 1947 by the late Mr. Ed. Edmond, playing in friendly matches, before joining the Aberdeen Amateur Football Association. This proved to be very rewarding for the club, picking up many of the available trophies at the time. Despite this success, Division 1 Championship remained elusive.

The Club in 1960, playing from Station Park, Udny Station, progressed to the Junior Football Association. About the same time the home ground became North Lodge Park, Pitmedden, which remains the home ground.

With the move to North Lodge, came may improvements. Through the hard work of the committee, a new pavilion was built at a cost of £100,000. Recently opened the facility has 2 large team rooms with showers, Referees Room, Toilets, Kitchen, Committee Room and Hospitality Lounge.

We now foster Youth Football, with schools under 13’s, 15’s and 18’s, all of which have access to the facilities of the club. Coaching staff and support are also available and used.

The record attendance to the ground of 1500 was in 1963, during the game against Cambuslang Rangers in the Junior Cup.

The club has enjoyed a recent significant improvement in performance marked with the winning of he Grill League cup in 1998.

The Club is keen to capture and record it’s history. Do you know anything that we can add? If you do write to the Club at North Lodge.
